Background
Pakistan faces a significant challenge in providing equal access to quality education and skills training for all its citizens. This lack of opportunity disproportionately affects marginalized groups, trapping them in poverty and limiting their ability to contribute to the region’s development. IRM International CIC has been established to address this gap and empower individuals to build brighter futures.
To empower disadvantaged communities in Pakistan by providing accessible and culturally relevant education and skills training programs that equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to secure better livelihoods, achieve social mobility, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
To see a Pakistan where all individuals have the opportunity to develop their full potential and contribute to a thriving and equitable society.
Regular board meetings review performance, discuss strategic issues, and make key decisions. Transparent financial reporting and independent audits ensure responsible use of funds and compliance with regulations.
