As an Advisor to the IRM International, he provides strategic guidance on social impact initiatives, leveraging his expertise in policy advocacy, multi-sectoral partnerships, and data-driven program management. His proven track record includes designing market-driven skills training programs (e.g., USAID Pakistan Reading Project, EU-funded BRACE) and strengthening governance frameworks, offering CIC actionable insights for scalable community interventions. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi, Aasim brings a global perspective from work across 15+ countries, along with a robust network of international development contacts. He holds an M.Phil. in International Development Studies and serves as Head of Strategy at IRM (Pakistan) and Board Trustee for IRM International (UK).
