Aasim Reza is a seasoned development strategist and advisor with over 29 years of experience leading high-impact programs in education, vocational training, and institutional capacity building for global donors (USAID, DFID, EU, UN) and governments. As an Advisor to the IRM International, he provides strategic guidance on social impact initiatives, leveraging his expertise in policy advocacy, multi-sectoral partnerships, and data-driven program management. His proven track record includes designing market-driven skills training programs (e.g., USAID Pakistan Reading Project, EU-funded BRACE) and strengthening governance frameworks, offering CIC actionable insights for scalable community interventions. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi, Aasim brings a global perspective from work across 15+ countries, along with a robust network of international development contacts. He holds an M.Phil. in International Development Studies and serves as Head of Strategy at IRM (Pakistan) and Board Trustee for IRM International (UK).
