IRM International CIC is a UK-based Community Interest Company that empowers disadvantaged communities in Pakistan through accessible, culturally relevant education and skills training.
The primary target groups include unemployed youth, high school dropouts, aspiring entrepreneurs, street children, people with disabilities, and vulnerable women and girls in Pakistan.
Foundational Education (literacy & numeracy)
Technical & Vocational Training (e.g., carpentry, computer literacy)
Entrepreneurship Development (business skills, mentorship)
Services are open to marginalized individuals in Pakistan who face barriers to education and employment, such as poverty, disability, or lack of formal education.
Through collaboration with local NGOs and community organizations, based on needs assessments that consider socio-economic status, education level, and motivation.
Through increased employability, social mobility, improved livelihoods, and community development.
Through a board of trustees that meets regularly to review performance, ensure transparency, and guide strategic decisions.
