To kickstart its mission of empowering disadvantaged communities in Pakistan, IRM International CIC has set a clear and actionable fundraising target of £10,000 for its first year. This goal is not just symbolic — it’s a necessary foundation for launching the organisation’s core educational and skills-based programs.
The funds raised will support foundational literacy and numeracy education, technical and vocational training, and entrepreneurship development workshops. The approach is multi-channel: the fundraising strategy includes applying for grants, building corporate sponsorships, mobilising individual donations, and potentially generating unrestricted income through social enterprise activities.
The organisation’s financial planning is backed by a comprehensive strategy. A more detailed financial roadmap — with year-one projections and allocation goals — is available upon request, underlining IRM’s commitment to transparency and financial accountability.
This fundraising effort isn’t just about meeting a number. It’s the first step toward building long-term, sustainable impact for marginalized groups in Pakistan — including unemployed youth, people with disabilities, aspiring entrepreneurs, and disenfranchised women and girls.
